Ways to help

Volunteer

Help build machines, run workshop tables, or join the launch crew. College and high school students are welcome. School programs require a CORI background check.

Grow a pumpkin

We provide the grow kit and guide; you grow a pumpkin over the summer. How it works →

Lend us your advice

Educators and organizations can help with advice, a good word, or a short letter of support. No money and no big time commitment. What we mean (PDF)

Host a workshop or a launch

Schools, libraries, camps, farms and venues: we bring the materials and the know-how.

Donate materials

Lumber, hardware, soil, compost and planter supplies all help. Once our fiscal sponsor is in place, gifts can be tax-deductible.
